đź’¬ How do I personalize my order?
Personalization happens on the product page!
1.Click the product
2.Find the “Personalize Your Text” box
3.Type your name, title, or message
4.See your preview update instantly!
If no text is added, only the main design will be printed or embroidered.
💬 What happens if I don’t enter custom text?
No problem! The product will be made with just the main design. Custom text will not appear unless you update it before
checkout.
đź’¬ Are your products printed or embroidered?
Both! It depends on the product:
-Tote bags and T-shirts are usually printed
-Dad caps and crewnecks are often embroidered
Check each product page for details.
đź’¬ Can I cancel or change my order?
We start production right away, so we don’t offer cancellations or changes once the order is placed. Please double-check your
personalization before checkout.
đź’¬ Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States.
We’re working on expanding our shipping options in the future!
đź’¬ How long does shipping take?
Production Time
Each product is made to order. Typical production times:
-Cards: 1–3 business days
-Apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.): 2–6 business days
-Mugs, Prints, Phone Cases, and more: 1–4 business days
Shipping Time (after production)
-Canada & U.S. Standard: 2–4 business days
-Express options may be available at checkout
You’ll see an estimated delivery date at checkout, which includes both production and shipping times. Actual delivery may vary
based on location, carrier, or season.
đź’¬ Do you accept returns?
Because all EcoPrintly items are made to order and often personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse,
incorrect sizes, or custom text errors entered at checkout.
However, if your order arrives damaged, contains a production defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14
days of delivery. We’ll gladly review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
