π¬ How do I personalize my order?
Personalization happens on the product page!
1οΈβ£ Click βPersonalize Your Orderβ to open the editor.
2οΈβ£ Choose your preferred size and color in the editor.
3οΈβ£In the editor, personalize your text and upload your design:
β Type your name, message, or clinic title in the text box.
β Adjust the font, text color, and size as you like.
β Upload your own design or image.
β Position both the text and image exactly where you want them.
β After completing your design, click outside the design area to reveal the Preview button and check your design.
4οΈβ£ Click βContinue to Cartβ to save your personalization and proceed to checkout.
β If you donβt update the text or upload a design, only the original main design will be printed.
π¬ What happens if I donβt enter custom text?
No problem! The product will be made with just the main design. Custom text will not appear unless you update it before
checkout.
π¬ Are your products printed or embroidered?
Both! It depends on the product:
-Tote bags and T-shirts are usually printed
-Dad caps and crewnecks are often embroidered
Check each product page for details.
π¬ Can I cancel or change my order?
We start production right away, so we donβt offer cancellations or changes once the order is placed. Please double-check your
personalization before checkout.
π¬ Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States.
Weβre working on expanding our shipping options in the future!
π¬ How long does shipping take?
Production Time
Each product is made to order. Typical production times:
-Cards: 1β3 business days
-Apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.): 2β6 business days
-Mugs, Prints, Phone Cases, and more: 1β4 business days
Shipping Time (after production)
-Canada & U.S. Standard: 2β4 business days
-Express options may be available at checkout
Youβll see an estimated delivery date at checkout, which includes both production and shipping times. Actual delivery may vary
based on location, carrier, or season.
π¬ Do you accept returns?
Because all EcoPrintly items are made to order and often personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyerβs remorse,
incorrect sizes, or custom text errors entered at checkout.
However, if your order arrives damaged, contains a production defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14
days of delivery. Weβll gladly review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
